What you'll do
- Supervising care and mental health locations
- De-escalating tensions or incidents
- Collaborating with care professionals and fellow officers
- Supporting staff in aggression or threat situations
- Reporting incidents and observations
What we're looking for
- Security Officer 2 diploma
- Demonstrable affinity with care and/or mental health
- Aggression and resilience training is a plus
- Empathetic, patient and resilient
- Willing to work irregular shifts
- Category B driving licence
- Valid BHV (in-house emergency response) certificate
