What you'll do
- Leading and coordinating traffic controllers on site
- Guiding and supporting traffic controllers in complex situations
- Coordinating with site managers, project leadership and clients
- Overseeing safety, flow and proper execution of the work
What we're looking for
- You hold a valid traffic controller pass
- You have a category B driving licence
- You have demonstrable experience as a traffic controller
- You have a responsible and professional attitude
- You have strong communication skills
- You can guide colleagues and maintain oversight on site
- Valid BHV (in-house emergency response) certificate
